Hayden Parsons grew up in a small town in near South Bend, Indiana. He graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2022. Prior to acquiring his Juris Doctor, Hayden attended Ball State University, finishing with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in History.

Shortly thereafter he enlisted in the United States Army Reserve to become a 27D Paralegal Specialist. He continues to serve the nation at the rank of Sergeant, serving as a Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer with the 766th Transportation Battalion.

Prior to joining Adler Attorneys, Hayden has worked in the field of public policy and model bill drafting. His work has been used to help influence legislation at both the state and national levels.

Hayden lives in Noblesville with his wife, Victoria. He enjoys literature on political philosophy, music from the Baroque period, wine tastings, and chess among other strategy games. Hayden is looking forward to growing his mediation practice upon becoming a registered civil facilitative mediator.
