HAPPY 2025!
We hope you have had a great start to the new year! January can serve as a fresh start – a chance to reset, recharge, and rearrange. Our firm would be happy to assist you in reaching your legal goals this year.

NEWS
Adler Attorneys started off the year with some big news! Attorney Devin T. Norrick has joined our firm. We are excited to announce that we now have two office locations – Noblesville and Anderson! One of our 2025 goals is to serve more clients. Adding another office location, attorney, and two more team members expands our ability to serve more people throughout central Indiana.

Please join us in welcoming Devin, Paula, and Maria to the team! Our special thanks to Jodi Norrick for all of her assistance with this transition.

PRACTICE UPDATES
Mediation Services
Attorney Seth Wilson will be expanding his mediation practice to offer mediation in both Hamilton and Madison counties. Please contact the office for rates and availability.
Estate Planning
If one of your goals in 2025 is to update your estate plan, Adler Attorneys has several available resources to help guide you through that process. One of those is the Lifetime Legacy Lawyers podcast.
Newspaper Updates
Many clients comment that they enjoy reading Attorney Ray Adler’s Ask Adler columns in The Hamilton County Reporter Newspaper.

Here are a few of Ray’s recent articles:

1. What’s your family’s story?
2. Pumpkin Chucking
3. Cupboard

Attorney Zech Yoder writes the Checkers to Wreckers column. Here are a few of his recent articles:

1. Back in the swing of things
2. Big win for Twenty-Three Eleven & Front Row Motorsports
3. NASCAR’s outlook for 2025

Community Involvement
One of Adler Attorneys’ core values is “action trumps everything.” This comes from James 1:25, where we are reminded to be a “doer who acts.” Our team is involved in our community to help make a kingdom difference. While we won’t always meet that goal, we are striving to fulfill this mission.

Here are some recent notes:

Attorney Ray Adler continues to serve on the Hamilton County Election Board.
Attorney Seth Wilson continues to serve on the Technology Application Working Group through the Indiana Supreme Court; the Indiana State Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Committee; and will be giving several CLE presentations this year on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the practice of law. He’s Indiana’s artificially intelligent lawyer.
Attorney Devin Norrick continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Life Church, Assembly of God, the Madison County Chaplaincy Program, the Anderson Rotary Club, and the Madison County Hand Up Initiative.
